LIFEwithBIRD online ensure that all items are correctly and accurately displayed, however if you would like to exchange your purchase, we will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below. LIFEwithBIRD will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items).
We only accepted returns on full price items if :
- Contact is made with us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation (RA)
- Merchandise is in saleable condition with original tags attached
- The merchandise has not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
- In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
AFTER 7 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE ON SALE ITMES.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. Items you exchange for a different size will be shipped at customer cost. If we do not have the required size in stock you will be granted a credit note, strictly valid for 1 month. We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from the online store at LIFEwithBIRD retails stores, similarly we cannot accept purchases made at LIFEwithBIRD retail stores to be returned to LIFEwithBIRD online.
TO MAKE A RETURN
To receive a return authorisation (RA), email email@example.com or call us +61 3 9029 1938 and provide your name, order number, items (s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. The Online Store Returns Form must be completed below and sent to us with your return. Items should be sent within five days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid.
When returning goods, please enclose a) the completed Online Store Returns Form, include the RA number where indicated and, b) your receipt which comes with your purchase. Return by registered post to:

If you return items (s) without a return authorisation number we will not credit you and you are responsible for the return shipping from LIFEwithBIRD back to you. We have the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within 3 months and it is at the discretion of LIFEwithBIRD to determine. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible we have the option to repair the faulty item. If we cannot repair or fulfil with a replacement you will be granted a store credit or refund.
