Payment methods accepted by LIFEwithBIRD are major Credit Cards and Paypal.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We charge GST only to residents living in Australia at 10%. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the value of your order and the country you reside. LIFEwithBIRD international deliveries are ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (DDU).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund. Standard delivery in Australia will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail. International orders will be dispatched by International Express Registered Air Mail.
SHIPPING
Please note we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are calculated on a flat rate at point of purchase. You will receive your merchandise within 3 – 10 business days.
Orders are processed from Melbourne, Victoria. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. LIFEwithBIRD is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Shipping providers All domestic orders are shipped via Express Post and at a flat rate of $10.00. All International orders are shipped by International Express Air Mail calculated by zone and weight.
